The First Annual Metrocard Classic

August 24th-27th 2023. New York City - Summer of 2023 ended with a huge bang featuring a multitude of skate events. From a rail jam session to celebrating the reopening at the famous Brooklyn Banks 9 stair, to the eighth annual Boschi Pope Skate Off, and ending with the infamous New York Skate Invitational. Tons of great skating took place and the energy was insane. The long weekend also featured a historic New York City art exhibition where people could get a glimpse of the culture over the past 30 years through photos with live music and plenty of drinks to go around.
